How to Knit a Stylish Mohair Vest with Katia Aire Yarn

You'll Need:
Katia Aire yarn (35% mohair, 35% alpaca, 30% polyamid; 150m/25g) - 7 pink skeins and 9 violet skeins;
Straight or circular needles size 10;
Stitches control (3-fold yarn) 10 sts and 13 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Back
Fold violet yarn three times and cast on 64 sts. Knit with garter stitch. Add 4 sts from the edges of the row in order to make garter stitch.
Front
Fold violet yarn three times and cast on 37 sts. Make the right front the same way as you did for the back. After knitting 40 cm from the very beginning, cast on 1 st from the left side and knit with stockinette stitch plus 4 sts of garter stitch along its edges. Knit 100 cm from the setup row and bind off all sts of the final row. The left front of the mohair vest is formed in symmetry with the right front.
Assembly
At this stage, you just need to collect all the parts into one. Sew the details with side and shoulder seams. Remember that armholes should start at the height of 75 cm from the lower part of your work, and the width of placketings is 40 cm.
