Pattern of Arches

The quantity of sts is multiple 14 + 1 + 4 chain sts increase. Work according to scheme 2. Start with sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat. Make 1^st-13^th rows x once, then repeat 2^nd-13^th rows x 3 (4) times = 49 (61) rows.

Fringe

1^st row: single crochets;

2^nd row: *1 single crochet, 1 picot, skip 1 st*; repeat from * to *, 1 single crochet, 1 picot, skip 1 base st, 1 slip st in the 1^st single crochet.

Stitches Control

Main pattern, crochet hook 3.5: 21 sts x 17 rows = 10 x 10 cm;

Pattern of arches: 22 sts x 9.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Make 113 (127) chain sts + 1 chain st increase and make 1 row of single crochets. Then, work with the pattern of arches. In 51.5 cm = 49 rows (64 cm = 61 rows) from the set-up row, work with the main pattern, make 94 (106) single crochets in the 1^st row. In 12 cm from the beginning of the main pattern, leave 2.5 cm from both sides for armholes and 3 x 1 cm in every row. In 28 (30) cm from the beginning of the main pattern, leave the central 21 (23) cm and finish both sides separately. In 30 (32) cm from the beginning of the main pattern, finish your work.

Front

Make in the same way as back, but with a deeper neck-hole. For this, in 15 (17) cm from the beginning of the main pattern, leave the central 6 (8) cm and for smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 1.5 cm and 6 x 1 cm in every 2^nd row.

Assembly

Make shoulder and side seams. Make 4 circle rows of pattern of arches along with crochet hook 4 along the set-up row, make 3 chain sts instead of 2 chain sts in the 4^th row. Fasten neck-hole and armholes with fringe. For strap, make a chain of 150 cm long and draw it through the 2^nd row of the main pattern.
