How to Create a Stylish Crochet Bag


You’ll Need:
200g of dark-green 100% polyamide yarn (250m/50g);
Crochet hook 3;
Long wooden handles;
Flat synthetical cord.
Instructions
At first, make the bottom of the bag. For this, make a chain of 30 cm long. Work with single crochets around it, catching the synthetical cord.
Work on Turns as Follows:
1st row: 2 crochets in 1 st;
2nd row: 3 x 2 crochets in 1 st;
3rd row: 6 x 2 crochets in 1 st.
Make 13 rows this way.
14th row: double crochets;
15th row: single crochets. After that, crochet around according to the scheme for 19 cm. The last row – single crochets.
Assembly
Make inner corners of the bag, as it’s shown in the drawing. After that, fasten the front and back sides of the bag with 68 single crochets through both loops, don’t fasten the inner corners.
Make 8 rows. Fasten the obtained detail from 3 sides with 1 row of single crochets, catching the synthetical cord. Make 4 drop loops for handles. For one drop loop, make 7 chain sts and 14 rows of single crochets through both loops. Join the drop loop to the upper detail, as it’s shown in the photo.
