Materials
RH 4 ply Color A = Aran, Color B = Country Rose, Color C = Country Blue
Crochet Hook: Size F or size needed for gauge. Size G for edging.
Gauge: Each Square = 6"

1. Skill level: Intermediate.
Pattern Stitches
Puff: (Puff) Working with two colors
Keeping ends of color B to wrong side of work, w/color B (yo, insert hook, draw up a loop) 5 times, yo, draw through 10 loops, w/color A yo, draw through 2 loops.
Instructions
W/ Color A ch 24
Row 1: (Right Side)
Sc in second chain from hook and in each ch across (23 sc) ch 2 (counts as turning ch).
Row 2: (Wrong Side) with Color A
Dc 10, ch 1, sk 1, with color B work puff, sk 1, w/ color A ch 1, dc 10 ch 1, turn.
Row 3: With Color A
Sc across in each st, puff and ch 1 sp. ch 2, turn.
Rows 4 - 11:
Repeat rows 2 & 3 carrying Color B along the back of the cross only. FO color B after row 11.
Row 12:
With Color A ch 2, 2 dc, (ch 1, sk 1, w/color B, work puff, w/color A, work ch 1, sk 1, dc) 5 times carrying color B behind the work. Dc in last st. FO Color B.
Row 13:
Sc across in each st, puff and ch 1 sp, working over carried color B from row 12.
Row 14 - 17:
Repeat rows 2 - 3. FO.
Finishing Touches
With size G hook and Color C crochet 20 st evenly across each side, working 3 sc in corners.
Finish off and weave in all ends.
