Ch 12. Slst to first ch to form loop. Ch3. Dc in same stitch. 2dc in each ch around. Slst to 3rd ch of ch3. Finish off.
White Circle
Ch 12. Put beginning of white ch12 through center of blue circle, then slst to first ch, forming intertwining rings. Ch3. Dc in same st. 2dc around. Slst to 3rd ch of ch3. DO NOT FINISH OFF!
Round 1
Ch1. Sc in next 5 dc. Sc through both the top blue dc AND through white dc. Sc next 15 blue dc. Sk 7 WHITE dc, sc through both white dc AND next blue dc. Sc next 9 dc. Slst to first ch1.
Round 2
