You’ll Need:
100g of yarn (50% wool, 50% cotton; 110m/50g);
Double-pointed knitting needles 3.5;
Crochet hook 3.5.
Used Patterns
2 x 2 rib;
Fancy pattern: the quantity of sts is a multiple of 9. Knit around according to the scheme. Make even rows according to the ornament, yarn overs – as knit sts. Repeat 1st-4th rows.
Stitches Control
Stretched rib: 21 sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions
Cast on 36 sts. Divide them on 4 needles (9 sts for each needle) and knit around. Make 1 row of purls. Continue work according to the scheme. In 3 cm, bind off 5 sts above 1 stripe of the pattern for the thumb. In the next row, cast on 5 sts above them. At 12 cm height, make purl2tog from each purl. You should get 40 sts. Make such increases in every 20th row x 3 times. Totally, 52 sts. At 40 cm height, bind off all the sts.
