2nd Row: *Make arches of 8 chain stitches, skip 5 double crochets of the lower row, 1 slip stitch in the 6th crochet*; repeat from * to * to end of row;
3rd Row: *With the help of slip stitches get to the third stitch of chain and make 3 chain stitches, 1 double crochet in the same stitch, 3 chain stitches, 2 double crochets together in the next stitch, 3 chain stitches, 2 double crochets together*; repeat from * to * twice, totally 4 times. After that, 3 chain stitches, 1 slip stitch in the 3rd chain stitch out of 5.
Continue with 3 chain stitches and an element of 4 pairs of double crochets under the arch of 8 chain stitches. Continue this way to end of row;
4th Row: 1 chain stitch, 1 single crochet in every stitch of the previous row. Stop after single crochets of the second element. Then, 1 crochet under the chain between the pairs of crochets, 5 chain stitches, 1 slip stitch in the 1st out of 5 stitches = picot of 5 stitches. Make picot of 7 stitches in the same way, then, again picot of 5 stitches. You should get 3 picots: on 5 stitches, 7 stitches, and 5 stitches. Make 1 single crochet in the stitches of the next element and work again according to the described scheme. Connect the row, tighten the final stitch, and weave in the ends.
