Front and Back
Make (196) 210 (224) 238 (252) chain sts, slip st. Crochet around due to the scheme 1. At 28-29 cm height, decrease 1 st in each pattern repeat = (182) 195 (208) 221 (234) sts. Divide your work in 2 halves = (91) 98 (104) 111 (117) sts and continue making them separately.
Back
2 double crochets together in straight and reversed rows of double crochets from both sides. At (9) 9 (10) 10 (10) cm finish your work.
Front
For forming neck-hole, divide the detail in half and continue each part separately with straight and reversed rows of double crochets. At the same time, make 2 double crochets together for the arm-holes. At height of back, finish your work. Make another part of front in symmetry to the first one.
Assembly
Make 1 row of double crochets along right side of cut for placket, make 5 sts for buttons: 1 chain st instead of 1 double crochet. After that, fasten the upper edge of top and edge of placket: * 1 single crochet, 1 picot (= 3 chain sts, slip st in the 1st st)*; repeat from * to * to end of row.
Straps
Make chains of chain sts (32) 33 (34) 35 (36) cm long. Sew buttons on the left side of cut.
Fasten lower edge due to the scheme 2.
