Crochet Headband Pattern

You'll Need:

Vita Harmony yarn (45% wool, 55% acrylic; 110m/100g);

Crochet hook size 6;

Scissors;

Tapestry needle with a big eye.

Instructions

The quantity of stitches is multiplied by 11 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches for the increase. If you want to make a wider or narrower headband, make an odd number of chain stitches + 3 chain stitches for the increase.

Row Instructions

1st Row:

1 double crochet in the 4th chain stitch of the set-up chain, * 2 unfinished double crochets with a common top (1st double crochet in the same chain stitch as the previous double crochet, skip 1 chain stitch, 2nd double crochet), 1 double crochet in the same stitch of the set-up chain as the 2nd unfinished double crochet*. Your pattern repeat is from * to *. Finish the row with a double crochet in the same stitch as the 2nd unfinished double crochet.

2nd Row:

3 chain stitches for increase. 1 double crochet in the 1st double crochet of the previous row. * 1 double crochet in the top of the unfinished double crochet crocheted together from the previous row. 2 unfinished double crochets as in the previous row in a stitch*. Finish the row with 1 double crochet in the top of the unfinished double crochets made together from the previous row and 1 double crochet in the last double crochet of the previous row.

Row Repetition

Repeat the pattern from the 2nd row.

Size Information

For a head circumference of 55 cm, you'll need 24 rows.

Decoration Options

In the photo, the headband is decorated with a flower. You can choose any decoration, or leave it without any embellishments.
