Instructions:

Assembly:

Make sleeve seams to 32 cm. Fasten the edges of the sleeve with ruffle. Fasten the edge of front and back with ruffle. After that, make 2 circular rows in the following way: 3 slip stitches in the center of the 1^st or next arch of chain stitches, 1 single crochet and 3 chain stitches in every arch. Finish every row with 1 slip stitch in the 1^st single crochet.
