Straight knitting needles 3 and 4;

Crochet hook 3.5.

Size:

S (L).

Used Patterns:

Basic Stitches

  • 1 x 1 rib, knitting needles 3;
  • Garter stitch: all knit stitches;
  • Stockinette stitch: in RS row – knit stitches, in WS row – purls;
  • Wrong-side pattern: in RS row – purls, in WS row – knit stitches;

Make all the rest patterns with knitting needles 4.

Relief Pattern with Cables

(20 stitches wide): due to the scheme, on which only RS rows are stated, make WS rows according to the pattern, with yarn overs as purls. Repeat 1st-24th rows.

Stripped Pattern

*4 rows of stockinette stitch with grey yarn, 2 rows of garter stitch with blue-green yarn, 4 rows of stockinette stitch with green yarn, 2 rows of garter stitch with white yarn, 4 rows of stockinette stitch with turquoise yarn, 2 rows of garter stitch with blue-green yarn*; repeat from * to *. Note: work in 2 threads of turquoise yarn.

Lace Pattern

(8 stitches wide): due to the scheme. Start every circle row with the stated quantity of chain stitches instead of the 1st stitch and finish with 1 slip stitch. Repeat 1st-5th circle rows x once.

Stitches Control:

  • Relief pattern with cables: 27 stitches x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
  • Stripped pattern: 20 stitches x 33 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions:

Back/Front

Cast on 113 (153) stitches with grey yarn and work with relief pattern with cables between selvage stitches. In 50 cm from the set-up row, bind off 1 x 1 stitch for raglan chamfers, 6 (5) x 1 stitch in every 2nd row, then, 8 (10) x 2 stitches and 8 (10) x 1 stitch by turn. In 15 (17) cm from the beginning of raglan, bind off the rest stitches straight.

Sleeves

Cast on 46 (54) stitches with grey yarn and make 2 cm of rib. Then, work with the stripped pattern between selvage stitches. Increase 10 x 1 stitch in every 14th row from both sides for chamfers. In 45 cm from rib, bind off 1 x 1 stitch for raglan chamfer from both sides, 3 (2) x 1 stitch in every 4th row, 18 (23) x 1 stitch in every 2nd row. In 15 (17) cm from the beginning of raglan, bind off the rest stitches straight.

Assembly

Make raglan, side, and sleeve seams. Fasten the neck-hole line with lace using grey yarn. For this, make 144 (160) half crochets in the 1st row = 18 (20) pattern repeats. Fasten the edges of the pullover with 1 circle row of single crochets and 1 circle row of “shrimp stitch.”
