How to Create a Yoke Sweater with Brick, Turquoise, and Brown Yarn



You’ll Need:
200g of brick color yarn (99% acrylic, 1% lurex; 378m/100g).
200g of the same yarn, but in turquoise color.
200g of the same yarn, but in brown color.
Crochet hook 2.5.
Size:
S-M.
Stitches Control:
21 sts x 10 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions:
Back:
Make 7 chain sts with brick yarn and circle them in the ring.
Front:
Make in the same way as the back.
Yoke:
Make double crochets along the upper edge of one square (making 1 single crochet in every double crochet of the base), then, make a chain of 36 cm long for the arm-hole. Don’t cut the yarn, join it to the edge of the second square, make single crochets for the second arm-hole, and a chain of 36 cm long, joining the chain in the beginning of the row with slip stitches. Then, work around, making decreases on turning points according to scheme 2. Alternate colorful stripes the same way as for the back. At a 9 cm height of the yoke, finish your work.
Assembly:
Make side seams.
