Openwork Crochet Jacket Free Pattern

Like so many requesting the pattern, I would love a little more information like — how many chains to begin, the rows are easy enough from the charts, but it would also help to know what 'language' the key to the stitches is whether the terms are in US English or UK or what. They are beautiful doilies as is everything on this site!

Will this pattern be coming out in written English I really want to make this sweater. I have never followed picture patterns.

Has anybody has the English translation regarding stitches etc

Thank you

I am a very experienced person in crochet, why would anyone offer a pattern  in the US if it is written in another language?  Most people here do not speak nor read another language!!!
