The quantity of sts is multiple of 4.

Note: sts should only be counted after the 2nd and 4th rows.

Row Instructions

1st Row (RS)

2 knit sts, * yarn over, 4 knit sts*; repeat from * to *, yarn over, 2 knit sts;

2nd Row

purl2tog, * (1 knit st, 1 purl) into yarn over of the previous row, (purl2tog) x twice*; repeat from * to *, (1 knit st, 1 purl) into yarn over, purl2tog;

3rd Row

4 knit sts, * yarn over, 4 knit sts*; repeat from * to *;

4th Row

2 purls, purl2tog, * (1 knit st, 1 purl) into yarn over of the previous row, (purl2tog) x twice*; repeat from * to *, (1 knit st, 1 purl) into yarn over, purl2tog, 2 purls.

Repeat 1st-4th rows.
