• Relief patterns 1 and 2 (top): 42 sts x 12 rows = 10 x 10 cm;
• Relief pattern 3 (cardigan): 40 sts x 27 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Top

Back

Make 186 chain sts with yellow yarn and work with relief pattern 1. In 60 cm = 72 rows from the beginning, continue work with relief pattern 2. In 17 cm = 20 rows from patterns change, leave 7 x 3 sts in every row from both sides. In 27 cm = 33 rows from the beginning of work, leave the central 40 sts for neck-hole and finish each part separately, leaving 3 x 3 sts in every row from both sides of neck-hole. In 34 cm = 41 rows from the beginning of arm-holes, finish your work.

Front

Make in the same way as back, but leave the central 28 sts for neck-hole in 20 cm = 24 rows from the beginning of arm-holes and make each part separately, leaving 5 x 3 sts in every row from both sides of neck-hole. In 34 cm = 41 rows from the beginning of arm-hole, finish your work.

Assembly

Make side and shoulder seams. Fasten the lower edge of work, arm-holes and neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets.

Cardigan

Back and Front

Make as one-piece cloth. For back, make 204 chain sts with brown yarn and work with relief pattern 3, alternating the colors of stripes up to your liking. In 70 cm = 189 rows from the beginning, mark shoulder line, leave the central 72 sts and make each half of front separately. For smooth rounding, increase 12 x 3 sts in every 4^th row = 102 sts for each half of front. In 140 cm = 378 rows from the beginning, finish your work.

Sleeves

Mark 87 sts from shoulder line on both sides and work with relief pattern 3. In 50 cm = 135 rows from the beginning of sleeves, finish your work.

Assembly

Make side and sleeve seams. Fasten the lower edge, front and neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets.
