Introduction to the Stitch Pattern
This stitch pattern is very tight, but it isn't rough. It's perfect for clothing such as jackets, skirts, shawls, and more. Additionally, it's very simple to work with.
Required Materials
The quantity of stitches is multiplied by 2, plus 1 stitch for symmetry, and an additional 2 chain stitches for increase.
Instructions for the Stitch Pattern
First Row
1st row: 2 chain stitches, *1 single crochet + 1 double crochet in the 3rd stitch, skip 1 stitch*; repeat from * to *, finish with 1 double crochet.
Second Row
2nd row: 2 chain stitches increase, *1 single crochet + 1 double crochet in the double crochet of the previous row*; repeat from * to *, finish with 1 single crochet.
Repeat the Pattern
Repeat the 2nd row until your desired length is achieved.
