​Fantasy Knit Pullover

You’ll need:

950g of mixed content yarn (75m/50g);

Straight knitting needles 4,5 and 5;

Circle knitting needles 4,5 with short fishing line;

Pin.

Size: XS, S.

Used Patterns

Stockinette stitch: in odd rows – knit sts, in even rows – purls;

Wrong side: in odd rows – purls, in even rows – knit sts;

3 x 3 rib with knitting needles 4,5;

Fancy pattern: due to the scheme with knitting needles 5. Only odd rows are stated on the scheme, make even rows due to the ornament. Repeat the horizontal pattern (22 sts) the needed times, vertical pattern – repeat 3^rd-42^nd rows.

Stitches control: fancy pattern: 14,5 sts x 28 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Start with left sleeve. Cast on 35 sts and make 4 cm of rib. 1^st and last sts – selvedge sts. Then, turn to fancy pattern.

Start this pattern from point A on the scheme.

For sleeve widening, increase 1 st x 10 in every 6^th row from both sides of sleeve, 1 st x 12 in every 5^th row. Include the increased sts in the pattern.

At 44 cm height from the rib, cast on 26 sts from both sides and knit straight. At 18; 20 cm from the beginning of knitting front and back, divide your work in half.

Transfer the sts of back to the pin. Bind off 1 st x 3, 2 sts x 2 in every 2^nd row of the front for the neck-hole. Then, knit 30 rows straight. For reflection part of neck-hole, increase 2 sts x 2, 1 st x 3 in every 2^nd row.

Include the left sts of back in work. For smooth rounding, bind off 2 sts x 1, 1 st x 1. Then, knit straight to the same height, as front. Make the increases on reflection side of back in reversed order of the decreases.

Connect the sts of front and back in one-piece cloth and knit due to the pattern design.

Make right sleeve in reflection to the left.

Rib of Waist

Lift 82; 90 sts along the edges of front and back and make 3 cm of rib. Bind off the sts.

Assembly

Make the pattern design in natural size. Wet the already made work and pin to the pattern design and let it dry. Lift 76; 84 sts along the neck-hole line with circle knitting needles and knit 10 cm of rib. Bind off the sts.

Make side and sleeve seams.
