Pattern Instructions
Row Instructions
RND 1: R1: ch301
RND 2: start in the 2nd ch from the hook: 300sc, ch1 and turn
RND 3-6: *1fpdc, 1bpdc* repeat, ch2 and turn (300)
RND 7: 300sc, ch1 and turn
In the drawing below I show what I mean with the following rows. All other rows will be like this too but with slight variations depending on which side you have to start on and which row it is, but the basic method is the same as in the drawing below.
RND 8: (orange in drawing above) *2sc, ch2, skip 2 stitches, 2sc* repeat, ch2 and turn (300)
RND 9: (green in drawing above) 1dc, skip next sc, then:
- A: in each ch space make 7dc
- B: in each set of 4sc of R8 do this: skip the first sc, then in each of the next 2 you make 1sc, then skip the 4th sc.
At the end of the row you will have 2sc left. You need to skip the first sc, make 1dc in the last sc, ch2 and turn.
RND 10: (blue in drawing above) 1dc, ch1, make 1sc in dc stitch 3, 4, 5 of the first scallop, then ch1. Then do the following: *ch1, 1sc in dc stitches 3, 4, 5 of the scallop below, ch2* repeat till you reach the last scallop. After making 1sc in dc stitches 3, 4, 5 of that last scallop, you ch1 (instead of 2) and then make 1dc in the last stitch of the previous row, ch2 and turn.
RND 11: 4dc in the first ch space, then:
- A: 1sc in the 2nd sc of each 3sc set of the row below,
- B: 7dc in each ch space
At the end make 3dc in the last ch space + 1dc in the last stitch of the row below, ch2 and turn.
RND 12: 1sc in each of the first 2dc, then:
- A: make ch3 between each scallop,
- B: make 1sc in dc 3, 4, 5 of each scallop
At the end of the row make 1sc in each of the last 2 dc of the half scallop at the end of the row below, ch2 and turn.
RND 13: 1dc in the first stitch, then:
- A: 7dc in each ch space,
- B: 1sc in the 2nd sc of each 3sc set,
At the end make 1sc in the last stitch, ch2 and turn.
RND 14: 1dc in the first stitch, ch1, then:
- A: make 1sc in dc stitches 3, 4, 5 of each scallop
- B: make ch3 between each scallop
At the end make ch1 after the last scallop, then 1dc in the last stitch, ch2 and turn.
RND 15: repeat row 11
RND 16: repeat row 12
RND 17: repeat row 13
RND 18: repeat row 10
RND 19: repeat row 11
RND 20: repeat row 12
RND 21: repeat row 13
