Wrong-Side Pattern

in RS row – purls, in WS row – knit sts;

Wavy Pattern

The quantity of sts is multiple of 10 + 1 + 2 selvage sts. Work according to the scheme, on which both RS and WS rows are stated. Start with 1 selvage st and sts before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with sts after pattern repeat and 1 selvage st. Repeat 1^st-4^th rows.

Stripes Order A

: Wavy pattern: * 2 light-yellow rows, 2 grey-brown rows, and 2 light-yellow rows*; repeat from * to *.

Stripes Order B

: Wavy pattern: * 2 grey-brown rows, 2 light-yellow rows*; repeat from * to *.

Patterns Order A

: 64 rows due to the stripes order A, 56 rows due to the stripes order B, 38 rows with wavy pattern with grey-brown yarn = totally, 158 rows;

Patterns Order B

: 40 rows due to the stripes order A, 40 rows due to the stripes order B, 32 rows with wavy pattern with grey-brown yarn.

Stockinette Stitch

: In RS row – knit sts, in WS row – purls.

Stitches Control

: 20 sts x 25 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Back

Cast on 103 (113) 123 sts with light-yellow yarn, make 1 cm = 2 rows of wrong-side pattern between selvage sts for placket. Then, continue work according to the patterns order A. In 63 cm = 158 rows from lower placket, bind off all the sts of lower placket, the central 63 (65) 67 sts form neck-hole, the side 20 (24) 28 sts – shoulders.

Front

Make in the same way as back.

Sleeves

Cast on 63 (63) 73 sts with light-yellow yarn for each sleeve, make 1 cm = 2 rows of wrong-side pattern. Then, continue work according to the patterns order B. At the same time, for sleeve chamfers, in 35.5 cm = 88 rows from lower placket, increase 1 x 1 st from both sides, then, 2 x 1 st in every 8^th row (5 x 1 st in every 4^th row) 3 x 1 st in every 6^th row and work with stockinette stitch = 69 (75) 81 sts. In 45 cm = 112 rows from the lower placket, bind off all the sts.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams (10 (12) 14 side sts). Sew up the sleeves. Make side and sleeve seams.
