Instructions

Back

Cast on 66 (72) 78 sts with violet yarn and work with the main pattern A. In 9,5 cm = 30 rows from the set-up row, increase 1 st from both sides for side chamfers and 2 x 1 st in every 24th row, include the increased sts in the pattern = 72 (78) 84 sts. In 28 cm = 86 rows from the set-up row, bind off 1 st from both sides for raglan chamfers and 1 st in the next 4th row, 26 x 1 st in every 2nd and 4th rows by turn. In 55 cm = 170 rows from the set-up row, bind off the rest 16 (22) 28 sts.

Front

Make in the same way, as back, but in 28 cm = 86 rows from the set-up row, bind off 1 st for raglan chamfers and 1 st in the next 4th row, 24 x 1 st in every 2nd and 4th rows by turn. In 51 cm = 158 rows from the set-up row, bind off the central 4 (6) 8 sts for neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 2 x 3 sts (1 x 4 sts and 1 x 3 sts) 2 x 4 sts in every 2nd row. In 53 cm = 164 rows from the set-up row, bind off the rest 2 (3) 4 sts.

Sleeves

Cast on 72 sts with orange yarn and work with the main pattern B, make raglan chamfers from the right side in the same way, as for back, from the left side in the same way, as for front. In 25 cm = 78 rows from the set-up row, bind off 5 sts from the left side for neck-hole and 1 x 5 sts, 1 x 4 sts in every 2nd row. In 27 cm = 84 rows from the set-up row, bind off the rest 4 sts. Make right sleeve in symmetry.

Hood

Cast on 13 sts for the left half of hood with violet yarn and work with the main pattern A, increase 5 x 2 sts and 6 x 4 sts (2 x 2 sts and 9 x 4 sts) 9 x 4 sts and 2 x 5 sts in every 2nd row = 47 (53) 59 sts. In 27 cm = 84 rows from the set-up row, bind off 1 st from the right side for smooth rounding, then, 2 x 1 st in every 4th row and 13 x 1 st in every 2nd row = 31 (37) 43 sts. In 38,5 cm = 120 rows from the set-up row, leave all the sts. Make the right half of hood in symmetry to the left. Connect the previously left sts and make hood seam.

Assembly

Make side and raglan seams; sew the hood to the neck-hole. Fasten the edge of hood with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of “shrimp stitch” with lilac yarn.
