Great for Storage

This basket is a great small storage solution with sturdiness, perfect for storing bathroom items, small toys, and more. You could also make a basket for blankets using a larger hook size and super bulky weight yarn (like Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick and Quick).

Beginner Friendly

The pattern is fairly straightforward, and even if you are new to crochet, you will be able to make a beautiful set.

Skills Required

This project requires you to be able to create a chain and work in basic crochet stitches – single crochet.

Size Information

The diameter of the base is 7″ with a height of 7.5″ including the handle.

Gauge: 10 stitches in 12 rows = 4 inches.

The Supplies You Need

Yarn

1 x Lion Brand Fast Track – Grey

A mixtape or t-shirt yarn/cotton yarn is best.

Please note: The Lion Brand Fast Track Yarn I used is now discontinued. You can find a substitute here – Yarn Sub.
