With White, chain 46 to form a ring.

Rd 1: Ch 3, 2 dc in the same place, 1 dc in the next 2 ch, 3 dc in the next ch, 1 dc in the next 19 ch, 3 dc in the next ch, 1 dc in the next 2 chs, 3 dc in the next ch, 1 dc in the next 19 ch, join.

Rd 2: Ch 4, 2 treble in the same place, 2 treble in the next dc, 1 dc in the next 2 dc, 2 treble in the next dc, 3 treble in the next dc, 2 treble in the next dc, 1 dc in 19 dc, 2 treble in the next dc, 3 treble in the next dc, 2 treble in the next dc, 1 dc in the next 2, 2 treble in the next dc, 3 treble in the next dc, 2 treble in the dc, dc 1 dc in the next 18 dc, 2 treble in the next dc.

Rd 3: Ch 4, 1 treble in the same place, 3 trebles in the next tc, 2 trebles in the next tc, 1 dc in the next 5 dc, 2 trebles in the next tc, 3 trebles in the next tc, 2 trebles in the next tc, 1 dc in the next 23 dc, 2 trebles in the next tc, 3 trebles in the next tc, 2 trebles in the next tc, 1 dc in the next 6 sts, 2 trebles in the next tc, 3 trebles in the next tc, 2 trebles in the next tc, 1 dc in the next 22 sts (85 sts, ch 4 counts as one); join.

Rd 4: Ch 1, working in back loops, this round only, sc around. Join.

Rd 5: Ch 3, *skip 1 dc, 1 dc in the next dc, keep needle in the back of the last dc, work 1 dc in the skipped dc, 1 dc in the next dc, *. Repeat from * to * around. Join. (You will have 1 dc, then a x stitch around).

Rd 6: Ch 3, keeping the last loop on the needle, work 4 dc in the same place, yo, draw through all 5 loops on the needle, * ch 1 x stitch over x stitch, keeping the last loop on the needle, work 5 dc in the next dc, yo, draw through all 6 loops on the needle (bobble made). Repeat from * to * . Join.

Rd 7: Ch 3, * x stitch over x stitch, 1 dc in the top of the bobble *. Repeat from * to * around. Join.

Rd 8 & 10: Repeat round 6.

Rd 9: Repeat round 7.

Rd 11: Ch 1, sc around. Fasten off White.

Make leaves (3) and sew to the left of the opening on tissue cover. Make 1 flower and sew on top of leaves. Weave in the ends.

With Green and G hook, ch 11, sc in the 2^nd chain from the hook, hdc in next ch, 1 dc in each of the next 2 ch, 1 treble in each of the next 2 chs, 1 dc in each of the next 2 chs, 1 hdc in next ch. In the next chain, 3 sc, working along the other side of the chain, hdc in next ch, 1 dc in the next 2 ch, 1 treble in the next 2 ch, 1 dc in the next ch, 1 hdc in the next ch, sc in the last ch. Fasten off, leaving a tail of 5 inches to sew it on with. Sew to the top of the tissue cover.

With Red, ch 5 to form a ring.

Rd 1: Ch 2, 23 dc in the ring. Join.

Rd 2: Ch 2, 3 dc in each dc around. Join.

Rd 3: Ch 2, 1 dc in the same place, 2 dc in each dc around. Join. Fasten off Red, sew to the top of the tissue cover, over leaves.
