Pattern Instructions
Rounds 1 to 3
Round 1: Ch 20, sl st tog to form a ring.
Round 2: Ch 3 (count as first dc now and throughout), 29 dc around the ring not into the stitches of the ring. (total of 30 dc) Sl st tog.
Round 3: Ch 3, dc, ch 2, 2 dc in same st as ch 3. *Skip 3 dc, 2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc in between the stitches. Repeat this around from the *. Refer to the picture as a guide. Sl st to ch 3.
Rounds 4 to 8
Round 4: Sl st to the ch 2 sp from previous round, 2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc in that space. In next ch 2 sp, 2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc. Then skip 2 shells (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) from previous round. Then do shells in the next 3 ch 2 spaces. Sl st tog.
Round 5: 2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc (shell) 3 times. Then do 3 shells and sl st tog.
Round 6-7: Repeat Round 5.
Round 8: Ch 4, sc. Repeat this around to make the ruffle. Fasten off and weave in ends.
