Crochet Flower Motif and Fringe Instructions for S-M Size

You’ll Need

150g of beige Ersatz (100% cotton; 142m/50g);

100g of the same yarn, but in white color;

100g of the same yarn, but in yellow color;

50g of the same yarn, but in orange color;

Crochet hooks size 3 and 6.

Flower Motif

To create the flower motif, make 6 chain stitches with orange yarn and circle them in the ring with 1 slip stitch in the ring.

Fringe

The quantity of stitches is multiple of 14 + 5 + 1 chain stitch increase. Work according to scheme 2. Start with stitches before pattern repeat A, then pattern repeat A, and finish with stitches after pattern repeat A. Start with stitches before pattern repeat B from the 3^rd row, then pattern repeat B, and finish with stitches after pattern B. Make 1^st-6^th rows once.

Stitches Control

Flower motif = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Make 56 flower motifs and connect them according to the pattern design, starting with the 2^nd motif. Use a slip stitch in the places marked with an arrow. Complete all seams. Create fringes along the edges of the front with beige yarn, and make 2 straps of 72 chain stitches. Fasten the edges of the sleeves with the 1^st row of fringe using beige yarn, and make 1 group of double crochets in every arch. Then, repeat this row one more time with replacement.

Make cords with the crochet hook size 6 using 4 threads of yarn 70 cm long, and fasten it with 1 row of slip stitches. Draw the cords through the holes along the edges of the sleeves.
