Repeat from row 2...(2 more times).

Creating the Border

Border: Chain 1. Turn. Sc evenly around, placing 2 sc in corners. Ss to join. Now forming a hanger loop, chain 10, ss in the same stitch, turn, sc in each chain. Ss to join. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
