Row 1

Ch multiple of 3 to measure your wingspan - at the end, add 1 ch. Sc in 2nd ch from hook. *Ch 4, skip 2 chs, sc in next ch. Repeat from * across until you get to the last 3 chs, ch 2, skip next 2 chs, dc in last ch. Ch 1, turn.

Row 2

Sc in 1st loop (the same loop made with the ch2, dc). *Ch 4, sc in next loop. Repeat from * across until you get to the next to the last loop. Ch 2, dc in last loop. Ch 1, turn.

Repeat Row 2 until all loops are worked off.

Optional: Add fringe as preferred.
