How to Crochet a Triangle Shawl with Petals


You’ll Need:
100% cotton yarn;
Crochet hook 1.5.
Instructions
The main motif of this shawl is a triangle. The quantity of stitches are shown in the scheme.
Row Instructions
1st row: Circle 12 chain stitches in the ring;
2nd row: 12 double crochets in the stitches of the 1st row, chain stitches according to the scheme between them;
3rd row: 4 chain stitches increase (point 2), 2 triple crochets, and an arch of 10 chain stitches (point 3).
Big Petal
Throw 7 yarn overs on the crochet hook and make 5 crochets with 5 yarn overs together. Finish the petal with the previously left 2 yarn overs.
Middle Petal
Throw 10 yarn overs on the crochet hook and make 4 yarn overs for the stem, followed by 4 triple treble crochets for the petal, and finish with 2 yarn overs (point 5).
Crochet the first triangle to completion. Fasten and cut the yarn. Attach the next triangle to the first while making arches of the last row behind the picot.
