You'll Need

  • 400 g of white colour yarn (100% cotton; 280m/50g)
  • 100 g each of red, blue, yellow, light-green, and black colour yarn
  • Hook size 2.5
  • White bottom cloth

Flower Patterns

Poppy

: Crochet according to scheme 1. Crochet the pith with black and yellow yarn, and the petals with red yarn.

Camomile

: Crochet according to scheme 2. Crochet the first two rows of the pith with yellow yarn, and the petals with white yarn.

Forget-Me-Not

: Crochet according to scheme 3. Crochet the pith with yellow yarn, and the petals with blue yarn.

Small Flower 1

: Crochet according to scheme 4 with white yarn.

Small Flower 2

: Crochet according to scheme 5 with white yarn.

Poppy Bud

: Crochet according to scheme 6. Use light-green yarn for the bud and red yarn for the petals.

Leaves

: Crochet according to scheme 7 with light-green yarn.

Auxiliary Elements

: Crochet according to scheme 8 with white yarn.

Instructions

Make the following quantities of flowers:

  • 6 poppies according to scheme 1
  • 24 camomiles with yellow pith according to scheme 2
  • 6 camomiles with white pith according to scheme 2
  • 12 blue forget-me-nots according to scheme 3
  • 20 white forget-me-nots according to scheme 3
  • 20 small flowers according to scheme 4
  • 52 small flowers according to scheme 5
  • 4 poppy buds according to scheme 6
  • 20 leaves according to scheme 7
  • 100 auxiliary elements according to scheme 8a
  • 30 auxiliary elements according to scheme 8b

Assemble the crochet elements on the dress pattern composition, filling the entire dress pattern. Secure the elements and begin connecting them in motifs. You may use either a hook (slip stitch, or chains) or needles (breeds) for connections. Remove the finished parts from the dress pattern.

Construct shoulder and side seams according to the ornament. Complete with one row of single crochet and one row of "shrimp stitch" along the outer edge of the neck hole and armholes. Finally, sew a fastener onto the back (button and loop).
