Instructions
Back
Cast on 75 sts and make 14 cm of rib A between selvedge sts, starting and finishing with 2 knit sts. Then, work with the main pattern. In 47.5 cm from rib, bind off the central 19 sts for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 3 sts in the next 2nd row from inwards. In 50 cm from rib, bind off the rest 25 sts of shoulder from each side.
Front
Make in the same way as back, but with a deeper neck-hole. For this, bind off the central 11 cm in 45 cm from rib and 1 x 3 sts, 1 x 2 sts, 2 x 1 st in every 2nd row.
Sleeves
Cast on 41 sts and work with rib A between selvedge sts, starting and finishing with 3 knit sts. In 15 cm from set-up row, work in the following way: 1 selvedge st, the last 7 sts of pattern repeat, pattern repeat, finish with the first 8 sts of pattern repeat and 1 selvedge st. In 8 cm from rib, increase 1 st from both sides for sleeve chamfers, 3 x 1 st in every 4th row, 11 x 1 st in every 2nd row = 71 sts, including the increased sts in the pattern. In 28.5 cm from rib, bind off all the sts.
Assembly
Make shoulder seams; for collar, cast on 64 sts with circle knitting needles along the neck-hole and make 1 circle row of purls, and then work with rib B. At 19 cm collar height, bind off all the sts loosely. Sew up the sleeves, and make side and sleeve seams.
