You'll need:

500g of cotton yarn with nylon;
Knitting needles 3 and 3,5;
Crochet hook 3.

Instructions

The quantity of sts is multipled 14 sts + 2 selvedge sts. The knitting is made due to the scheme, on which right and wrong side rows are stated. Pattern repeat takes place between the edge of the 1st to 12th rows. Rib with odd quantity of sts is made in the following way: start and finish each stripe with edge. Start right side row purls, then knit st, rotate this links. Wrong side row is made due to the ornament. One more pattern used is 1 x 1 rib. Stitches control: 30 sts x 33 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Start knitting the pullover from back. Cast on 156 sts in crossed way with knitting needles 3,5 and knit with the main pattern due to the scheme. In 50 cm from the beginning, make placket with rib, making decreases of 1 st in the 1st row. When the height of placket is 3 cm, you need to bind off the sts due to the ornament. Outside 40 sts from each side make shoulder chamfers and central 76 sts form the neck-hole. Wrong side of pullover is made in anlogical way.

Now, we turn to making sleeves. Cast on 100 sts in crossed way with knitting needles 3 and knit 4 cm with rib. After that, turn to knitting needles 3,5 and knit fancy pattern due to the scheme, making increases 14 times. In 13 cm from rib, add 1 st from both sides for the sleeve chamfers and then 1 st in every 8th row 8 times. Also you should include the links, added to the main pattern. In 35 cm bind off all the sts.

Make shoulder seams. Then, crochet nech-hole with 1 circle row of "shrimp stitch". Inseam the sleeves and make side seams.
