Instructions

This dishcloth consists of 154 square motifs, 130 circle motifs, and 130 edge motifs, all connected with one another.

Square Motifs

To create the square motifs, start by making a ring with 16 chain stitches using a slip stitch.

1st Row: 3 chain stitches increase, 31 double crochets in the ring, slip stitch;

2nd Row: 6 chain stitches (3 chain stitches increase + 3 chain stitches), *1 double crochet in the 2nd double crochet of the previous row, 3 chain stitches*; repeat from * to * 14 times. Finish the row with a slip stitch;

3rd Row: 3 chain stitches increase, 2 double crochets in the arch of 3 chain stitches of the previous row, 2 chain stitches, 3 double crochets in the same arch, 4 chain stitches, *3 double crochets in the 2nd arch of 3 chain stitches of the previous row from the crochet hook, 2 chain stitches, 3 double crochets in the same arch, 4 chain stitches*; repeat from * to * 6 times. Finish the row with a slip stitch. Work according to the scheme from the 1st to the 11th rows.

Circle Motifs

To create the circle motifs, also start with a ring of 16 chain stitches using a slip stitch.

1st Row: 3 chain stitches increase, 31 double crochets in the ring, slip stitch;

2nd Row: 13 chain stitches (1 chain stitch increase + 12 chain stitches), *1 single crochet in the 4th double crochet of the previous row, 12 chain stitches*; repeat from * to * 6 times. Finish the row with a slip stitch.

Edge Motifs

To create the edge motifs, start again with 16 chain stitches in a ring using a slip stitch.

1st Row: 3 chain stitches increase, 31 double crochets in the ring, slip stitch;

2nd Row: 17 chain stitches. *1 single crochet in the 4th double crochet of the previous row, 12 chain stitches*; repeat from * to * 3 times, followed by 1 single crochet in the 4th double crochet of the previous row, 16 chain stitches, 1 single crochet in the 4th double crochet of the previous row, 16 chain stitches, 1 single crochet in the 4th double crochet of the previous row, slip stitch.

Connecting the Motifs

Connect the motifs according to the scheme provided.
