How to Create a Flower Crochet Shawl

You’ll Need:
300g of yellow 100% acrylic yarn (1600m/100g);
Crochet hook 2.5;
Scissors;
Stitch markers.
Size:
220 cm long x 110 cm height.
Instructions
Work in 2-3 threads of yarn. Make a sample according to scheme 1. Only one flower is shown in the scheme. Start making the flower in the 4th row by changing 5 chain sts of the net pattern to 21 chain sts – this will create the base for the first two petals of the flower.
Make all double crochets and single crochets above the arches of 9 (or 21) chain sts, inserting the crochet hook in the chain sts of the arches (1 crochet in every chain st). The center of the flower consists of a dense part; make 3 single crochets in every row of the flower. Make triple treble crochet at the end of odd rows, inserting the crochet hook in the center of the previous triple treble crochet.
Start making the shawl from the lower corner upwards with widening. Flowers and net fringe are shown in scheme 2. First, make only the net fringe. Start the first flower in the 20th row. Begin the next row of flowers in the 26th row, then in the 32nd row, and continue in every 6th row.
Fasten the upper edge of the shawl with 1 row of single crochets. Fasten the side edges of the shawl with arches of 9 chain sts and decorate with tassels 15-20 cm long.
