How to Crochet a Colorful Shawl: Step-by-Step Instructions



You’ll Need:
50g of orange yarn (50% cotton, 50% viscose; 400m/100g);
30g of the same yarn, but in green color;
30g of the same yarn, but in light-blue color;
30g of the same yarn, but in pink color;
30g of the same yarn, but in yellow color;
10g of the same yarn, but in purple color;
Crochet hook 3.
Size:
110 cm.
Used Patterns
Square: make 7 chain sts and circle them in the ring with 1 slip st. After that, work with circle rows due to the scheme. Make 1st-11th rows x once.
Stitches Control:
Square = 26 x 26 cm.
Instructions
Make 2 orange squares, 1 pink square, 1 light-blue square, 1 green square, and 1 yellow square and sew them between one another. Fasten the neck-hole and lower edge of the shawl in the following way:
- 1st row: single crochets;
- 2nd row: * 1 double crochet, 1 chain st*; repeat from * to *.
Make 1 row of “crab stitch.” Join colorful tassels 10 cm long to the lower edge with 6-7 cm interval. Make a chain of 150 cm with pink yarn and insert it through the holes of the 2nd row along the neck-hole.
