You’ll Need:

100g of khaki yarn (100% cotton; 125m/50g);

50g (100g) of the same yarn, but in green color;

50g of the same yarn, but in light-green color;

Crochet hook 4.

 

Size:

1-4 years (5-10 years).

 

Used Patterns

Triangle Motif:

Work according to the scheme with circle rows.
Start and finish rows in the same way as shown on the scheme. Make 1st to 4th rows once.

Half-Triangle:

Work according to the scheme. Turn the rows as shown on the scheme. Make 1st to 4th rows once.

 

Stitches Control:

Triangle: 10.5 cm wide and 10 cm high.

 

Instructions

Make 6 (8) triangles with khaki yarn. Make 6 (8) triangles with green yarn, and connect these triangles with khaki triangles in the 4th circle row. Make 4 (6) khaki triangles and 4 halves of triangles; connect these triangles with green ones in the 4th circle row: make 1 chain stitch and 1 single crochet in the arch of chain stitches every time. Make 6 (8) triangles with light-green yarn and connect these triangles with khaki triangles in the 4th circle row, making 1 chain stitch and 1 single crochet in the arch of chain stitches every time. Finally, make 4 (6) triangles and 4 halves of triangles, connecting them with khaki triangles in every 4th row; make 1 chain stitch and 1 single crochet in the arch of chain stitches.

 

Assembly

Make shoulder seams and sew small parts of side seams. Fasten neck-hole, arm-holes, and lower edge of work with 1 circle row of single crochets and the “crab stitch” using khaki yarn.
