Special Stitches

Cable 2 Front (C2F): Slip one stitch onto the cable needle and hold it to the front, knit one, then knit one off of the cable needle.

Cable 2 Back (C2B): Slip one stitch onto the cable needle and hold it to the back, knit one, then knit one off of the cable needle.

The quantity of stitches is a multiple of 3 plus 1.

Row Instructions

1st Row (RS): Knit 1, *purl 2, knit 1,* repeat from * to end.

2nd Row: Purl 1, *C2F, purl 1,* repeat from * to end.

3rd Row: Repeat as the 1st row.

4th Row: Purl 1, *C2B, purl 1,* repeat from * to end.

Repeat the 1st to 4th rows as needed.
