dc/rf = Work 1 dc around the stem of the next stitch 2 rows below, inserting the hook around the stem from right to left to draw up loops.
The quantity of stitches is a multiple of 3 + 3.
Row Instructions
1st Row (RS): Sc into the 2nd ch from the hook and each ch to the end, turn;
2nd Row: Ch 1, sc into each sc to the end, turn;
3rd Row: Ch 1, work 1 sc into each of the first 2 sc, *1 dc/rf around next sc 2 rows below, sc into each of next 2 sc, rep from * to end, turn;
4th Row: Ch 1, sc in each sc to the end, turn;
