Instructions

ROW 3: Dc in next dc. Vst in 2nd dc of next shell. *Shell in next vst. Vst in 2nd dc of next shell. Rep from * 3 times more. Sk 3rd dc of last shell. Dc in next dc. Dc in top of ch3. Ch3, turn.
ROW 4: Dc in next dc. Shell in next vst. *Vst in 2nd dc of next shell. Shell in next vst. Rep from * 3 times more. Sk next dc. Dc in next dc. Dc in top of ch3. Ch3, turn.
ROW 5-102: Rep rows 3 & 4 over and over again until you reach your desired length. When you complete the last row, ch1, turn.

Adding Fringe
