You’ll need:

120g of thin 100% cotton yarn in red color;

Crochet hook 2;

4 buttons.

Size: 0-3 months.

Instructions

Back and Front

Make as one-piece cloth. Make a chain of 125 chain sts and make 1st-2nd rows due to the scheme. Continue work, dividing the sts in the following way: 10 double crochets, * 1 shell of 9 sts, 23 double crochets*; repeat from * to * x twice, 1 shell and 10 double crochets. At 17 cm height, divide your work in the following way: 28 sts – right front, bind off 5 sts for arm-hole, 59 sts – back, bind off 5 sts for arm-hole, 28 sts – left front. Continue making back straight and finish your work at 27 cm height. Turn to right front, after making 5 cm from the beginning of arm-holes, bind off 1 x 4 sts, 1 x 3 sts, 1 x 2 sts and 1 x 1 st in every row for neck-hole. At 27 cm height, finish your work.

Left Front

Make in symmetry to the right.

Sleeves

Make 45 chain sts and make 1st-2nd rows due to the scheme. Continue work, dividing the sts in the following way: first and last 18 sts – double crochets, the central 9 sts – shells. At the same time, increase 3 x 1 st in every 4th row from both sides. At 18 cm height, finish your work.


Assembly

Make shoulder seams and sew up the sleeves in the arm-holes, make sleeve and side seams. Fasten neck-hole with 1 row of single crochets and 1 row of pattern due to the scheme. Fasten front with 1st and 2nd row of pattern due to the scheme. Sew buttons to the left front.
