Instructions:
Back:
Cast on 102 sts and 2 cm of 2 x 2 rib. After that, work with stockinette stitch. At 16 cm height from rib, work in the following way: 1 selvage st, 6 sts of cable 1, stockinette stitch until there are 7 sts left, 6 sts of cable 2, 1 selvage st. Decrease 5 x 1 st in every 8th row from inwards from both sides of cable sts for side chamfers. After that, knit straight. At 44 cm height from the beginning of cables, bind off the central 38 sts for neck-hole and finish each side separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 1 st, 1 x 2 sts, 3 x 1 st in every row from inwards.
Left Front:
Cast on 61 sts and 2 cm of 2 x 2 rib. Then, work in the following way: 1 selvage st, stockinette stitch until there are 7 sts left, 6 sts of cable 1, 1 selvage st. Knit straight. At 16 cm height from rib, work in the following way: 1 selvage st, 6 sts of cable 2, stockinette stitch until there are 7 sts left, 6 sts of cable 1, 1 selvage st. Make decreases for side chamfer from right side in the same way as for back. At the same time, decrease 1 st in every 5th row from left side for neck-hole chamfer. Bind off the rest sts of shoulder at the height of back.
Right Front:
Make in symmetry to the left front. Make cable 2 along neck-hole, cable 1 – along side edge.
Sleeves:
Cast on 222 sts and 2 cm of 2 x 2 rib. Then, make relief row: 1 selvage st, * knit 2 together, 1 yarn over, 1 knit st*; repeat from * to *. Make relief row in every 5 rows of stockinette stitch x 3 times. Decrease 1 st from both sides between relief rows (in the stripes of stockinette stitch) to get 216 sts. Then, work in the following way: 1 selvage st, 6 sts of cable 1, stockinette stitch until there are 7 sts left, 6 sts of cable 2, 1 selvage st. Decrease 1 st in every 5th row from inwards of cables for side chamfers.
At the same time, decrease sts in every 3 cm between cables in the following way:
1st row with decreases: knit 2 together in every 14 sts;
2nd row with decreases: knit 2 together in every 13 sts;
3rd row with decreases: knit 2 together in every 12 sts.
Work this way, making 1 st fewer between the decreases until you reach the 13th row with decreases.
13th-14th rows with decreases: row with decreases: knit 2 together in a st;
15th-16th rows with decreases: knit 2 together. Connect the rest sts of cables in pairs with turning seam.
