Cast on 120 sts and make 8 cm of stockinette stitch Increase 10 sts and knit for 43 cm, increase 8 x 1 st from both sides. Bind off the sts. Make the second detail in the same way. Cast on 146 sts and make a stripe of stockinette stitch 10 cm wide. Make the second detail in the same way. Make a chain of the length the same, as width of skirt with the help of crochet hook and make a stripe 10 cm wide due to the scheme 1. Make the second detail in the same way.
Sew relief stripe between the main part of skirt and stripe of stockinette stitch, make side seams. Fold the belt of skirt and insert lacing rib. Fasten the bottom of skirt due to the scheme 2.
