You’ll need:

250 (300) 350g of silver-grey yarn (33% wool, 67% viscose; 310m/50g);

Knitting needles 3,5.

Size: S (M) L/XL.

Used Patterns

Garter stitch: knit;

Relief pattern: the quantity of sts is multiple 17 + 2 selvage sts. Work due to the scheme, on which only RS rows are stated. Make WS rows and yarn overs as purls. Make pattern repeat in width between selvage sts. Repeat 1st-12th rows.

Stitches control: 27 sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

Instructions

Back

Cast on 155 (172) 189 sts and work with relief pattern. In 43 (45) 47 cm from the set-up row, bind off 1 x 8 sts from both sides for arm-holes = 139 (156) 173 sts. In 18 (20) 22 cm from the beginning of arm-holes, bind off the central 51 (52) 51 sts and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 5 sts in every 2nd row from inwards and 2 (3) 4 x 4 sts. Bind off the rest 31 (35) 40 sts of shoulder at 21 (23) 25 cm height from the beginning of arm-holes.

Front

Make in the same way, as back, but with deeper neck-hole. For this, in 13 (15) 17 cm from the beginning of arm-holes, bind off the central 17 (18) 17 sts and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 17 sts in every 2nd row from inwards, then, 1 (2) 2 x 3 sts, 2 (2) 5 x 2 sts and 6 (7) 5 x 1 st. Bind off the rest 31 (35) 40 sts of shoulder at the same height, as back. Make the second half in symmetry.

Sleeves

Cast on 87 sts and work with relief pattern, increase 6 x 1 st in every 6th row in 20 (16) 8 cm from the set-up row form both sides and 10 (14) 18 x 1 st in every 4th row, include the increased sts in the pattern = 119 (127) 135 sts. In 46 (46) 44 cm from the set-up row, knit straight for 3 cm, then, bind off the sts.

Assembly

Make shoulder seams.

Cast on 170 (180) 190 sts along the neck-hole and make 1 cm of garter stitch for trim. Then, bindoffthests. Sewupthesleeves. Make side and sleeve seams.
