The quantity of stitches is a multiple of 16. Work according to the scheme 1. Start with stitches before pattern repeat, pattern repeat, and finish with stitches after pattern repeat.
Make 1st-3rd rows once, then repeat 2nd-3rd rows, paying attention to the color order.Colors order: *1 dark-silver row, 1 pink row, 1 silver row*.
Pattern for Placket:
The quantity of stitches is odd. Make in the same way as the purl pattern, but according to scheme 2 on the edges of work. Make 1st and 2nd rows one more time, then repeat the 1st row again after the setup row of single crochets = 4 rows.
Stitches Control:
28 stitches x 12.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm.
Instructions:
Back:
Make 128 (144) 160 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase and work with the purl pattern according to the colors order. In 36 (34) 32.5 cm from the setup row, skip 16 stitches from both sides for arm-holes = 1 pattern repeat. In 53 cm from the setup row, finish your work on the remaining 96 (112) 128 stitches.
Left Front:
Make 64 (72) 80 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase with dark-silver yarn and work with the purl pattern. For size M, start with the 1st pattern repeat. Make a decrease for the armhole from the right side, the same way as for the back = 48 (56) 64 stitches. In 48 cm from the setup row, bind off 1 x 16 stitches from the left side for neck-hole and for smooth rounding, bind off 1 x 8 stitches, 1 x 6 stitches, and 2 x 2 stitches in each following row. Finish your work on the remaining 14 (22) 30 stitches of the shoulder at the height of the back.
Right Front:
Make in symmetry to the left front.
Sleeves:
Make 64 chain stitches + 3 chain stitches increase and work with the purl pattern. At the same time, in 8 cm from the setup row, increase 1 stitch from both sides for chamfers. Then, 15 x 1 stitch in every 4th and 3rd rows alternately (6 x 1 stitch in every 3rd row and 14 x 1 stitch in every 2nd and 3rd rows alternately), 2 x 1 stitch in every 4th row and 23 x 1 stitch in every 2nd row = 96 (106) 116 stitches. In 57 cm from the setup row, finish your work.
Assembly:
Make shoulder seams. Sew up the sleeves, then make side and sleeve seams. Fasten the edges of the front and neck-hole with the pattern for placket, making 2 pattern repeats in 1 base stitch in the corners. In 2.5 cm = 4 rows, finish your work. Sew buttons to the left placket.
