The quantity of sts is multiple 9 chain sts and 1 increase st. There are 3 patterns of ornament and 4 rows height on the scheme below.

In the picture you can see 4 patterns width and 3 pattern height. You can make this ornament in one colour, but it looks better as multicoloured, change the colour after each 4th row.

Read the scheme from left to right after making a chain of chain sts.
