Beaded Stitch Pattern Using Puff Stitches and Color Changes

Introduction to the Stitch Pattern

This stitch pattern consists of beads and weavers. Change the color of yarn every 3 rows.

The quantity of stitches is multiplied by 5 + 8 + 5 stitches.

Puff Stitch Technique

Puff st: (yarn over, take out the yarn from the stitch) x 3 times (= 6 stitches + 1 base stitch), crochet the 6 stitches on the crochet hook together (= 2 stitches), crochet 2 stitches on the crochet hook.

Row Instructions

1st Row

1 double crochet in the 4^th stitch from the crochet hook, 1 double crochet in the next 2 stitches (= 3 double crochets), skip 2 stitches, * (2 double crochets in the next stitch, 1 chain stitch, 2 double crochets in the next stitch) – weaver, skip 3 stitches*; repeat from * to * to last 5 stitches, skip 2 stitches, 1 double crochet in the last 3 stitches. Make 1 stitch instead of 3 in the following rows of weaver.

2nd Row

3 chain stitches, 1 double crochet in the 1^st two crochets, weaver in the center of weaver; repeat from * to *, finish with 1 double crochet in the last 3 stitches.

3rd Row

3 chain stitches, 1 double crochet in the first 2 crochets, * puff stitch in the hole of the 1^st row between weavers, weaver in the center of weaver; repeat from * to *, finish with puff stitch in the hole between weavers, 1 double crochet in the last 3 crochets.

4th Row

3 chain stitches, 1 double crochet in the first 2 crochets, weaver in the center of weaver; repeat from * to *, finish with 1 double crochet in the last 3 crochets.

5th Row

3 chain stitches, 1 double crochet in the first 2 crochets, weaver in the center of weaver; repeat from * to *, finish with 1 double crochet in the last 3 crochets.

Repeating the Pattern

Repeat 3^rd-5^th rows for continuous design.
