Instructions
Starting with the Flower
Round 1:
Ch 4, Ss into in beg ch to form a ring. Ch 3, 19 dc in ring, Ss to join.
Round 2:
Ch 3, 2 dc in each space between dc's of previous round. Ss to join.
Round 3:
Ch 3, 3 dc in each space between dc's of previous round. Ss to join.
Round 4:
Ch 3, 2 dc in each space between dc's of previous round. Ss to join.
Now Working on Leaves
Round 1:
Ss into bottom of round 1, ch 4, dc in the same spot. Work 5 more v sts around the base, Ss into ch 3 of beg ch 4 to join.
Round 2:
Turn, ch 3. Ss into the bottom of the v st. *5 dc up the right side post of next v st, then 5 dc down the other v st post, Ss into the bottom of next v st*. Repeat from * to * around. Ss into the bottom of the first v st to join. Ch 3. Ss into the top of next leaf. *5 dc up the right side post of next v st, then 5 dc down the other v st post, Ss into the top of next leaf*. Repeat from * to * around.
Rope Handle
Ch 3, Ss through sides of the beginning ring to close flower up a bit. Ch 2, sc in 2nd ch from hook. *Insert hook into left loop of sc just made, yo, pull through, yo, pull through 2 loops on hook*. Repeat from * to * to desired length. Ss into the bottom of flower. Fasten off.
