Yes, it’s very easy. This pattern is called garter stitch. You create it by knitting every row, and it looks the same on both sides.

Cast on required number of stitches.

Row 1 (RS) Knit.

Row 2 (WS) Knit.

Repeat rows 1 & 2 until desired length is reached.
