Hello, all!

I’m Helen and I want to learn to crochet at the age of 39🙈

I do my first steps, and it’s not easy for me)

A little about me... I’m mother of three children😍 My sons are 13 and 9 years, and daughter is 2.

I like cooking, sewing, painting by numbers and decorating my house. I’ll surely show you my works later.

I love sports! Swimming, running and gym.

But my favourite hobby is travelling, but not this year 🤣

It’s nice to be here and hope to find many new friends!

I would love to subscribe to your sight. I do lots of charity and small gift crocheting. I love to make baby hats and socks. I am self-taught the old-fashioned way — purchased books! Love the stuff available on line. Virtually never have to buy any more magazines or books! Carol

Hello Helen, It is nice to meet you. I started crocheting 7 years ago. I tried before that but never could pick it up and I kept on trying now I am able to make a lot of different things. I decided to do it after my mom passed when I was 40. I wanted to keep her memory alive by doing something she loved doing. I love making things for others. It brings me so much joy. I do crocheting, plastic canvas, diamond dotz, jewelry, paint by number, ornaments, embroidery, cross stitch, beading banners, felt applique, and i just got a kit to learn to make candles. I love learning new things. I like to swim, sing, spend time with my family, read, garden both vegetables and flowers, baking and cooking.I have 3 children 1 daughter and 2 sons and I have 7 grandchildren. 2 girls and the rest boys. I was divorced in 2000 and am now engaged to a wonderful man… We are both disabled.

It is nice to meet you. I want to start posting my work but right now I am still trying to figure out how to use this new laptop I got for Christmas. The Lord gives me the joy I have. I couldnt do anything without Him. He gave me the gift of crafting. I am so grateful for that. I enjoy it so much.I am hoping to make some good friends on here also. I am glad i found this site. I am going to start working on some Valentine and Easter decor this weekend.
