2 skeins of Bernat Tiny Tickles yarn (100% polyester; 290m/250g) of sectional coloring (A);

2 skeins of the same yarn, but white color (B);

Crochet hook 5.5.

Size: 91.5 x 91.5 cm.

Instructions

Make 4 chain stitches with A yarn and circle them in a ring.

Row Instructions

First Row

1st row: 1 chain stitch, (1 single crochet in the ring, 1 chain stitch) x 4, slip stitch.

Second Row

2nd row: 3 chain stitches (= 1 double crochet), (2 double crochets, 3 chain stitches, 3 double crochets) in the 1st chain stitch of the previous row, * skip single crochet, (3 double crochets, 3 chain stitches, 3 double crochets) in the next chain stitch*; repeat from * to * x 2, slip stitch. Finish your work.

Third Row

Join yarn B.

3rd row: 1 chain stitch, (1 single crochet, 3 chain stitches, 1 single crochet) in the 1st chain stitch, * 3 chain stitches, skip 3 double crochets, 1 single crochet between the last and next crochets, 3 chain stitches, (1 single crochet, 3 chain stitches, 1 single crochet) in the arch of 3 chain stitches of the previous row*; repeat from * to ** once, slip stitch.

Fourth Row

4th row: 3 chain stitches, (2 double crochets, 3 chain stitches, 3 double crochets) in the 1st arch of lower row, * (3 double crochets in the next arch) x twice**, (3 double crochets, 3 chain stitches, 3 double crochets) in the next arch, repeat from * x twice, then from * to ** x once. Finish your work.

Fifth Row

Join A yarn.

5th row: 1 chain stitch, (1 single crochet, 3 chain stitches, 1 single crochet) in the 1st arch, *(3 chain stitches, skip 3 double crochets, 1 single crochet between last and next crochets) x 3 times**, 3 chain stitches, (1 single crochet, 3 chain stitches, 1 single crochet) in the next arch, repeat from * to * x twice, then from * to ** x once, slip stitch.

Sixth Row

6th row: 3 chain stitches, (2 double crochets, 3 chain stitches, 3 double crochets) in the 1st arch of the previous row, *(3 double crochets in the next arch) to the next corner, (3 double crochets, 3 chain stitches, 3 double crochets) in the next arch; repeat from * to *, finish with 3 double crochets in the edging arch, slip stitch. Seventh Row

Join B yarn.

7th row: 1 chain stitch, (1 single crochet, 3 chain stitches, 1 single crochet) in the 1st arch, *(3 chain stitches, skip 3 double crochets, 1 single crochet between last and next crochet) x 5 times**, 3 chain stitches, (1 single crochet, 3 chain stitches, 1 single crochet) in the next arch, repeat from * to * x twice, then, from * to ** x once, slip stitch.

Eighth Row

8th row: 3 chain stitches, (2 double crochets, 3 chain stitches, 3 double crochets) in the 1st arch of lower row, *(3 double crochets in the next arch) to the next corner, (3 double crochets, 3 chain stitches, 3 double crochets) in the next arch, repeat from *, finish with 3 double crochets in the last arch, slip stitch.

Final Instructions

Is Tiny Tickles called something else in USA? Maybe Pipsqueak?

I did a search.  It’s been discontinued. There are substitutes.  Bummer.
