Instructions

Back

Make 86 chain stitches + 2 chain stitches increase and work with the main pattern. In 10 cm = 12 rows from the set-up row, leave 4 stitches from both sides for arm-holes and decrease 3 x 2 stitches in every 2nd row. In 28.5 cm = 34 rows from the set-up row, leave the central 20 stitches for the neck-hole and finish both sides separately. For smooth rounding, leave 1 x 2 stitches in every 2nd row from inwards. Along with the first decrease, leave 2 x 7 stitches in every row from both sides for shoulder chamfers. Finish your work at 31 cm = 37 rows from the set-up row.

Left Front

Make 62 chain stitches + 2 chain stitches increase and work with the main pattern. For the chamfer, decrease 1 x 2 stitches in the next 2nd row from the left side, followed by 5 x 2 stitches, then 2 x 1 stitch, 1 x 2 stitches, 2 x 1 stitch, 1 x 2 stitches, and 2 x 1 stitch in every row. Decrease 7 x 1 stitch in every 2nd row, and 2 x 1 stitch in every 3rd row. Make arm-hole and shoulder chamfer from the right side in the same way as for the back. Finish your work at the height of the back.

Right Front

Make in symmetry to the left front.

Sleeves

Make 50 chain stitches + 2 chain stitches increase and work with the main pattern. For sleeve chamfers, increase 4 x 1 stitch in every 2nd row from both sides. In 8.5 cm = 10 rows from the set-up row, leave 4 stitches from both sides for sleeve cap, then decrease 2 x 2 stitches, 4 x 1 stitch, 3 x 1 stitch in every 2nd row, followed by 2 x 1 stitch and 1 x 2 stitches in every row. Finish your work at 22 cm = 26 rows from the set-up row.

Lace Fringe

Make 25 cm = 14 rows with the lace pattern along the lower edge of the back and finish your work. Also, make 25 cm = 14 rows with the lace pattern along the lower edge of the sleeves and finish your work.

Assembly

Join the shoulder seams; sew the sleeves, and make the side and sleeve seams. Finish by fastening the chamfers and back neck-hole with fringe.
