How to Knit with SuperLana Maxi Yarn

Complete Guide to Knitting with SuperLana Maxi Yarn: Step-by-Step Instructions

You'll Need:

100g of SuperLana Maxi yarn (25% wool, 75% acryl; 100m/100 g);

Knitting needles 4.5 mm.

Instructions

Cast on 27 sts + 2 selvedge sts.

Selvedge sts: slip the 1st, knit the last as purl.

Row Instructions

1st row: 1 selvedge st, knit sts, 1 selvedge st;

2nd row: 1 selvedge st, 6 knit sts, 15 purls, 6 knit sts, 1 selvedge st;

3rd row: 1 selvedge st, knit sts, 1 selvedge st;

4th row: 1 selvedge st, 6 knit sts, 15 purls, 6 knit sts, 1 selvedge st;

5th row: 1 selvedge st, knit sts, 1 selvedge st;

6th row: 1 selvedge st, 6 knit sts, 15 purls, 6 knit sts, 1 selvedge st;

7th row: 1 selvedge st, 6 knit sts, bind off 15 purls, 6 knit sts, 1 selvedge st;

Bind off the sts with stockinette stitch through back loops. As a result, you'll get 1 st. Transfer the obtained st from the right-hand needle to the left and knit it together with the knit st with stockinette st through back loops.

8th row: 1 selvedge st, 6 knit sts, cast on 15 sts, 6 knit sts, 1 selvedge st.

Wind the yarn on the knitting needle 15 times or make the loop with left hand and put it on the needle.

Pattern Repetition

Repeat the pattern from 1st to 8th rows. Knit to the needed length. Bind off the sts.

Finishing Touches

You'll get stripes. Make a st from the lower stripe and draw the second st through it until there is 1 st left. Sew your work.
